New Moon ReiKi Gong Immersion Sound Bath

This is a sound bath in a group setting.

Each one is slightly different incorporating meditation, breath practice, sound healing, and energy healing.

Through this style of meditation we will engage in Introspection and Stillness.

A Breath Practice will be shared. No yoga experience needed.

The sound of Gongs and Singing bowls induces deep cellular healing within the meditation state.

Gong & Crystal vibrations reduce stress, massages the body, and also helps to restore balance.  

Catherine is a Reiki Master who uses the gongs and singing bowls to immerse you in a deeply relaxing and transformational sound journey that can facilitate balance in areas in your life with divine resonance as your guide.

Need to reserve more than one spot? Each spot must be reserved & paid for separately. You can reserve a spot for your additional guest(s) with the Drop In Sound Bath Pass. Please message 732-705-1371 with the date of sound bath, name of guest, and phone # of guest.

Is the event sold out? Place your name on the waitlist & you will be emailed if/when spots open up.  First come first serve. We may add another sound bath  in the same month if there are enough people on the waitlist.
